Columns in the Orders report

Below you'll find definitions for all columns available via the Customise button the on Orders report. Click the Customise button to add and remove data points to answer your questions.

Brand

Buy Box Status

The Buy Box Status shows whether your Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central account was winning on the Buy Box on a particular day. The Buy Box Status is time-dependent and always displayed ...continue reading

Channel

The Channel name is Vendor Name, and Country Code combined. This column highlights the eCommerce or Advertising channel's name and country or union.

Colour

It’s possible to report by the manufactured colour entered on the product list.

Flavour

When the product type is Grocery or Pet Food, it’s possible to report the flavour stored on the Product Listing.

Fulfilment Channel

The type of service used to dispatch a package to the customer. For example, fulfilment services would include Fulfilment by Amazon or Fulfilment by Merchant.

Order ID

The unique identifier that as assigned to each Order by the Vendor.

Order Item Status

The Order Item Status column returns the current status of an individual item. This data point allows you to track each stage of the fulfilment process where there are multiple items within an order.

Partner

The name of the Brand or Merchant configured in Ignite by Acorn-i.

Product

The product name that is seen by shoppers while browsing Amazon or your direct-to-consumer website.

Product ID

The unique ID for your Product, for products listed on Amazon, the Product ID will be the ASIN or ISBN. In other eCommerce channels, the Product ID will be the unique database ID for the Product.

SKU

The SKU, or Stock Keeping Unit, is the unique ID assigned to a product by an eCommerce Manager to differentiate stock for internal inventory tracking and reporting.

Subscription

This column returns Yes or No to highlight whether the Order was generated automatically or placed by a person browsing the eCommerce channel.

Date

When included, the Date column shows the date when the Order took place in the eCommerce channel.

Day of Week

The Day of Week column shows the day the Order took place in the eCommerce channel.

Hour of Day

The Hour of the Day column shows the hour the Order took place in the eCommerce channel.

Order Datetime

This column shows the exact date and time when the Order took place in the eCommerce channel.

Area Type

The area type column will highlight the population density of the package's destination, whether it's a rural hamlet or a major urban conurbation, to better understand the awareness and interest for ...continue reading

Country

The Country column returns the country recorded on the shipping address of the Order.

Placename

The placement column will display the name of the Village, Town or Borough depending upon the population density to show the package's destination.

Region

The region column will return the County or State included in the shipping address of the Order.

% of Sales

The percentage of Sales Total for a combination of dimensions, calculated as Sales over Sales Total times by 100 (Sales / Sales Total) * 100.

Buyers

The Number of Buyers calculation will return the unique number of customers who placed orders during the selected date range. A Buyer is a Customer who placed an order during a chosen time frame.continue reading

Gift Wrap

The cost incurred to gift wrap your products before dispatch.

Glance Views

Glance Views show the number of times a Product Detail Page was viewed by shoppers on Amazon.

Orders

The Orders for the selected date range.

Products

When included, the Product calculation will return the distinct number of purchased products within the selected periods. A product is considered unique based upon its Channel and SKU.

Sales

The retail price paid by shoppers for the selected date range.

Sales Discount

The sales discount value redeemed by the shopper when placing an order.

Sales Tax
