All Keyword Targeting Report
The All Keyword Targeting Report follows the same omnichannel pattern seen in the All Campaigns Report. However, in this case, the All Keyword Targeting Report provides a consolidated view of the keyphrases used to target consumers with your brand's advertisements for your products on search results pages on Amazon and Google. The default view of the All Keyword Targeting Report allows you to see standard key performance indicators for search advertising split by Channel, Keyword, Match Type and Bid Price. The format will enable you to quickly compare your Bid Prices vs the CPC for the selected timeframe to gauge competition.
Key points
- When you observe that the Bid Price and CPC are similar, this will highlight considerable competition between this and other brands and the second price paid for each click is closer to your maximum bid.
- When your Bid Price is significantly higher than the reported CPC, you'll be regularly outbidding the competition.
- Match Types are essential leavers when configuring your targeting criteria. When combined with negative targeting, you can use them to drive lower cost-per-clicks for longtail searches. Check out our 'What do the Match Types mean?' FAQ for Amazon Ads to learn more.
