What is a Monetary Value Segment?

A monetary value segment divides your customers based on the cumulative revenue generated by their orders. Once complete, you can analyse your customers based on those labelled Lowest Spenders, Average Spenders, High Spenders and Top Spenders. In addition, you can monitor the monetary value segmentation of your customers using the Value Band column in the Customer Lifetime Value report.
