Buyer Type

This column highlights the number of customers who've made one or many orders.

Channel

The Channel name is Vendor Name, and Country Code combined. This column highlights the e-commerce or Advertising channel's name and country or union.

Customer Acquisition Brand

The Customer Acquisition Brand returns the Brand of the highest value Product the Customers purchased when placing their initial Order.

Customer Acquisition Product Action

The Customer Acquisition Product Action returns the Product Action of the highest value Product the Customers purchased when placing their initial Order.

Customer Acquisition Product Range

The Customer Acquisition Product Range returns the Product Range of the highest value Product the Customers purchased when placing their initial Order.

Customer Acquisition Product Size

The Customer Acquisition Product Size returns the Product Size of the highest value Product the Customers purchased when placing their initial Order.

Customer Acquisition Product Type

The Customer Acquisition Product Type returns the Product Type of the highest value Product the Customers purchased when placing their initial Order.

Customer Type

Frequency Band

The Frequency Band classifies customers based on their buying habits to describe them as Prospect, Repeat Buyer, Frequent Buyer and Loyal.

Partner

The name of the Brand or Merchant configured in Ignite by Acorn-i.

Recency Band

The Recency Band classifies customers based on their buying habits to describe them as Lost, Lapsing, Inactive and Active.

Subscriber

The Subscriber segment highlights whether the customer has recently purchased via a subscription like Subscribe and Save.

Value Band

The Recency Band classifies customers based on their buying habits to describe them as Lowset Spenders, Average Spenders, High Spenders and Top Spenders.

% of Customers

The percentage of the total customer base within a specific segment.

Customers

The number of customers belonging to a specific segment.

Customers Diff.

The numerical difference between the current period and the previous period as Customers enter or exist a classification.

Customers Diff. %

The percentage difference between the current and previous periods as Customers enter or exist a segment.

Lifetime Orders

The total number of orders ever placed by customers within a segment.

Lifetime Value

The total monetary value of orders ever placed by customers within a segment.
