Below you'll find definitions for all columns available via the Customise button the on Inventory report. Click the Customise button to add and remove data points to answer your questions.

Alert

Buy Box Status

The Buy Box Status shows whether your Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central account was winning on the Buy Box on a particular day. The Buy Box Status is time-dependent and always displayed ...continue reading

Buy Box Winner

The Buy Box Winner dimension returns the Merchant ID of the 3rd Party Seller winning the Buy Box. Use this in concert with the Buy Box Status column to find the Merchant IDs of third parties selling ...continue reading

Channel

The Channel name is Vendor Name, and Country Code combined. This column highlights the e-commerce or Advertising channel's name and country or union.

Colour

It’s possible to report by the manufactured colour entered on the product list.

Days of Stock Remaining

The Days of Stock Remaining calculation forecasts when you're likely to run Out of Stock. By default, we estimate the number of days by dividing the non-hand units by the average number of Units Sold ...continue reading

FBA Units Aged 181 to 270 Days

Our FBA Units Aged 181 to 270 Days column highlights the number of units stored in an Fulfillment by Amazon warehouse for 181 to 270 days.

FBA Units Aged 271 to 365 Days

Our FBA Units Aged 271 to 365 Days column highlights the number of units stored in an Fulfillment by Amazon warehouse for 271 to 365 days.

FBA Units Aged 365+ Days

Our FBA Units Aged 365+ Days column highlights the number of units stored in an Fulfillment by Amazon warehouse for more than 365 days.

FBA Units Aged 91 to 180 Days

Our FBA Units Aged 91 to 180 Days column highlights the number of units stored in an Fulfillment by Amazon warehouse for 91 to 180 days.

Flavour

When the product type is Grocery or Pet Food, it’s possible to report the flavour stored on the Product Listing.

Fulfilment Channel

The type of service used to dispatch a package to the customer. For example, fulfilment services would include Fulfilment by Amazon or Fulfilment by Merchant.

Parent Product

Partner

Price

Product ID

The unique ID for your Product, for products listed on Amazon, the Product ID will be the ASIN or ISBN. In other e-commerce channels, the Product ID will be the unique database ID for the Product.

Product Size

Product Title

The Product Title column returns the Search Engine Optimised name visible to shoppers on the Product Detail Page in the e-commerce channel.

Product Type

Registered Brand

The Registered Brand column returns the Company name or Sub-Brand assigned to the Product in the e-commerce channel. For marketplaces like Amazon, entering the correct Brand name for each Product ...continue reading

SKU

The SKU, or Stock Keeping Unit, is the unique ID assigned to a product by an e-commerce Manager to differentiate stock for internal inventory tracking and reporting.

Status

The Status column highlights the status of your Product Listing. Possible values include Active, Incomplete, Inactive and Deleted.

Buy Box Price Threshold

The Buy Box Price Threshold column highlights the price point Amazon recommends to win the Buy Box. the Buy Box Price Threshold can be impacted by price promotions on other retail channels.

Buy Box Score

The percentage of time the Partner was winning the Buy Box and benefited from “Add to Basket” and “Buy Now” buttons on an Amazon Product Detail Page.

Competitive Offers

The Competitive Offers column returns the number of active offers for an ASIN across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

Competitive Price

The Competitive Price column returns the lowest price point on Amazon for the Product Listing.

Excess Units

The number of units that Amazon considers surplus to the current consumer demand. This stock might also be liable for Long-Term Storage Fees due to slow stock turnover.

Products

When included, the Product calculation will return the distinct number of purchased products within the selected periods. A product is considered unique based upon its Channel and SKU.

Required Units

The number of Units needed to fulfill pending orders where the Product is unfulfillable.

Sell-through %

The percentage of on-hand inventory sold during the selected date range. It’s calculated as Units Sold divided by Units Inbound plus Units Reserved plus Units Available plus Units Sold ( Units Sold / ...continue reading

Units Available

Shows the number of units stored in a fulfilment centre ready to be sold. The Units Available value is time-dependent and always displayed as of the last day of the date range.

Units Inbound

The number of units on their way to a fulfilment centre to become ready for sale. The Units Inbound value is time-dependent and always shown as of the last day of the date range.

Units Stranded

The Units Stranded calculation returns the number of units stored inside an Amazon Fulfillment Centre warehouse without an active Product Listing.
